Love Yourself a Little More
April 13, 2022

It's easy to let the world get a hold of your emotions, insecurities and your fears especially in these times that we are living now. But, it is a whole lot harder to love yourself unconditionally.
These past 2 years have exposed the cracks in our society, the pain and suffering of many around us. There is so much to do to repair the damage caused by the select few in the name of us all. Sometimes I wonder who gave them the right to be my voice.
For those who know me, you know my passions my hopes, and my dreams...but those who really know me, know that I have a mind of my own and am not afraid to speak out. I have a feeling that many of you are exactly the same. Our life experiences have brought us to this point and for others to try to make decisions for our own good, does not sit well with us. But I also think, if we were face to face having this.conversation, some of you might share that you feel tired, and just plain exhausted at times. And as one of my favorite song says "Don't get too close. It's dark inside. It's where my demons hide".
When you are in that dark place please remember, there are people around you that love you, support you and cherish you. Now look in the mirror and tell yourself "I am unique. I am brave. I am beautiful. I am me. I am loved" because YOU ARE.
